Move & Grow for Babies
(Ages 2mo. to pre-walking)
Move & Grow for Babies focuses on fun and appropriate movements for building baby’s body and brain. Meaningful social/emotional connections are made as you and baby dance together, and with others. Explore dance concepts using multi-sensory props and instruments. Sing nursery rhymes and move to a wide variety of music. Learn how to support and encourage floor time so baby can move through early developmental movement patterns, building a strong foundation in their first year of life. Caregivers are always welcome. Dance and play time rolled into one hour of baby fun!
Move & Grow for Preschoolers
(Children ages 1-4 years)
In Move & Grow classes children are playfully engaged to dance and move using fun concepts, such as size and level.
The children will learn new skills while enjoying a wide variety of music, props, rhythm instruments, BrainDance* rhymes, and an obstacle course!
