Move & Grow

For children 1-4 years old (plus parents / caregivers). Move with your young child while exploring movement activities and practicing skills.
We offer regular, in-studio classes and Birthday Parties. (NEW!) 🥳  Find registration  information below. Registrations are ongoing. Drop-ins welcome! Join anytime!!
Move & Grow classes incorporate BrainDance* rhymes to integrate the mind and body, while reinforcing the importance of movement in early life. Multi-sensory props, rhythm instruments, and an obstacle course are all included in this super fun and educational dance class. 💜

Move & Grow for Preschoolers

In Move & Grow classes children are playfully engaged to dance and move using fun concepts, such as size and level.

 

The children will learn new skills while enjoying a wide variety of music, props, rhythm instruments, BrainDance* rhymes, and an obstacle course!

**Our classes are Mask Optional. All current protocols (air purifier, open garage door when possible) remain in place at our studio, and masks are always welcome.

Jessica headshot

Jessica Gleason has been teaching creative movement for over 15 years and has an extremely creative and joyful approach to teaching. She can't wait to meet you and your littles!

Isabelle headshot

Isabelle Mathsen joined the SDF instructor team as a Move & Grow teacher in Spring 2022. She loves working with kids and holds a Bachelors Degree in Music and Movement Education from the Musikakademie in Basel, Switzerland.

Scholarships available

Our scholarship fund affords the opportunities for both kids and adults to dance regardless of means.
