About the Event
We are sooooooo pumped to get back to our tradition of monthly Friday Night Dance Parties! Seattle Dance Fitness' foundation was laid with these events and after a year off we are ready to ROCK these monthly dance parties!
Get ready for 75 minutes of a SWEAXY Cardio Dance Fitness sweat sesh with Jess and a kickass crew of SDF instructors!
