Get ready for 75 minutes of a SWEAXY Cardio Dance Fitness sweat sesh with Jess and a kickass crew of SDF instructors! Space is limited to 50 dancers as of June 24. Likely we'll release a few more if needed after current covid restrictions are lifted on 6/30. Limit four per buyer.

We are sooooooo pumped to present to you another one of our monthly Friday Night Dance Parties! Seattle Dance Fitness' foundation was laid with these events and we are ready to ROCK this next one with you!

The dance party will be OUTDOORS on the Shorewood Highschool track in Shoreline. (Shorewood NOT Shorecrest)
