About the Event
Dance with your young child while exploring movement activities and practicing skills. Music, multi-sensory play, and instrument time are all included in this super fun and educational class! Move and Grow classes also incorporate BrainDance* rhymes to integrate the mind and body, while reinforcing the importance of movement in early life!
Instructor Jessica Gleason has an extremely creative and joyful approach to teaching and is excited to meet you and your little one(s) in this free demo class! Tell your friends to join us too!
